Mr. Warren pioneered the development of international call centers beginning in 1994 with the completion of service bureaus in Chennai, India, and Rawalpindi, Pakistan. At the time, the concept of using of a lower cost, global labor force to provide services to the US market was in its infancy. Through his efforts in India and Pakistan, Mr. Warren convinced many end users that they could reduce expenses and increase quality by implementing a well-defined, global CRM strategy through the proper utilization of US and international labor pools. Mr. Warren founded Overseas Service Solutions in 1999 in order to continue the development of global CRM solutions through the use of international contact centers. In addition to assisting his US clients in determining the international partner which best fits their particular needs, Mr. Warren has assisted his international clientele develop strategic relationships with US-based service bureaus. Mr. Warrens experience extends into the design and build-out of international contact centers, business development, connectivity, and hardware/software selection. Prior to forming OSS, Mr. Warren, a 20 year veteran of the direct marketing industry, was the President and CEO of Communication Services Group (CSG). CSG, a $70 million dollar holding company, acquired MarCom Technologies (Sunrise, FL), The Development Group (Philadelphia, PA), Direct Marketing Services (Phoenix, AZ) and 800 Support (Portland, OR).
