Product Testing Services In Stock Futures Funds Directory

 

In 1985, the old horse-and-buggy days by Internet standards, we became one of the first companies to work with the emerging on-line community, in the market research sense of surveying people who could send us their feedback via a modem. It was long before the World Wide Web came along. Back then, we used a local bulletin board system, or message board, as they were also called. Our first client was a radio program producer who wanted to know what the audience thought about his program. We advertised during the program for listeners with online capability to send email about their reactions to the show. This evolved to more sophisticated surveys, all sent to us over a modem. The producers were able to quickly adjust the program to listener needs and interests. It was greatly helpful in designing what became a very popular show. One of the radio show sponsors, a large producer of computer products, became our next client. We would find members of our bulletin board system who were interested in testing their products. After using and evaluating them, they would then come onto our system to answer surveys. Our computer would then create reports which were passed on to our client. It all worked very slick and saved a lot of important time for the clients concept to market process. Plus, the quality of the feedback was exceptional. When participants enter their opinions themselves via a keyboard, they tend to say a lot about the product and to be quite candid…which is a good thing! Since 1985, that same manufacturer has remained our largest client for whom we have performed hundreds of similar projects. We are also welcoming a growing list of new clients as well.
