Our founder, Dave Lubelczyk, and our team of business professionals develop unique solutions which create extraordinary experiences, recruit advocates, and achieve results. IMAGE identity founder, Dave Lubelczyk, has over fifteen years of experience providing marketing, advertising, and creative services for a multitude of companies in all types of industries. Over the years, he has provided creative direction for designers, guided the implementation of branding standards and developed creative solutions for large organizations including Rawlings Sporting Goods, Ernst & Young, and First USA Bank. He has also developed brands and provided creative services for a number of small start-up companies. Prior to forming IMAGE identity, Dave was the owner of Dave Lubelczyk Studios, a full-service marketing design studio. It was during this time that he saw the need for a firm that went beyond the standard services provided by most agencies and design firms. In response to this need, he transformed his design studio into IMAGEidentity which focuses on the strategic big picture and creates extraordinary experiences through organizational and brand development. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Bryant College, and has completed several advertising design courses at Rhode Island School of Design.
