Set up in 1996, Underwired is an independent digital agency. Felix Velarde, Jason Holland and Ruth Brecher have been partners since 1994. Felix is a Fellow of the RSA and a Grand Prix Judge for the Direct Marketing Association Awards. Jason, our creative director, has won a cupboard full of major design, advertising and interactive awards, including a Cannes Cyber Lion for his personal website. Lazar Dzamic is our planning director and one of the worlds leading lights in eCRM. Our head of client services is Emma Nicol, who rejoined us last year after a four year break, during which she ran the Canon account across Europe and started a family. Underwired plans, designs and builds web sites, online communities, microsites and intranets; we create viral campaigns, competitions and online advertising campaigns, for heavyweight brands. We also run email marketing campaigns and world-class eCRM programmes. The work we produce is integrated, ethical, measurable, and successful. We have specific experience of consumer brands of all kinds - from cars to noodles to travel - as well as extensive experience in B2B and the not-for-profit sector. The variety provides the kind of challenge to preconceptions and cross-fertilisation rare in other agencies.
