All of our embroidery is produced in-house under the direction and supervision of our professional and experienced team. Each and every garment is hand trimmed, folded and inspected. We employ Tajima machines with a total of 66 computerized embroidery heads. And because we have different sizes of machines we can accommodate your needs from one piece to thousands! We have the ability to sew up to 12 thread colors per logo in addition to an exclusive 270-degree hat frame. Our factory operates around the clock with 2 shifts to ensure that we can meet even the tightest deadlines! Standard production time is 5 days after design approval and receipt of correct goods.
